One nurse practitioner at every visit. Sixty minutes to start. Hormones, thyroid, sleep, mood, and weight, looked at together.
First visit $249 · 60 minutes by video
You are not imagining it. These are common signs of perimenopause and menopause, and they are treatable.
I built this practice because I kept meeting the same woman. She is 47. She runs a household, a career, and everyone else’s appointments. She has seen three providers this year. Her labs are “normal.” She does not feel normal.
If you live in Reno, Elko, Fallon, or anywhere in between, specialist menopause care has meant a long drive or an app with a different provider every time. I treat the whole picture, by video, wherever you are in Nevada.
Hormones, thyroid, sleep, mood, and metabolism affect each other. Here they are checked together.
Hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep, mood changes, brain fog, low libido, and vaginal and bladder symptoms. You get a full plan covering sleep, nutrition, strength training, stress, and labs, with FDA-approved hormone therapy when it fits. Care follows The Menopause Society guidance.
Thyroid testing, baseline metabolic labs, and GLP-1 oversight when it fits. You buy the brand medication directly from the manufacturer program. I never mark up or sell medication.
Low mood, anxiety, irritability, and sleep trouble that started or got worse around perimenopause. You fill out short screening forms before your first visit. When medication fits, I use non-controlled options and check in 2 to 4 weeks after any change. I refer out for bipolar disorder, active thoughts of self-harm, and conditions that need a psychiatrist. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
No hormone pellets. No compounded shortcuts when an FDA-approved option exists. No rotating providers, no surprise bills, no five-minute visits. And if hormone therapy is not right for you, you still leave with a plan for your symptoms.
By video. Your full story, symptoms, and history. You fill out a few short forms before we meet.
Blood work at a draw site in your town, at cash prices you see first. I go over every result with you.
Prescriptions go to your local pharmacy. We adjust doses until you feel better. Members can message me between visits, and I answer.
Direct pay. No insurance billing, no surprise bills. You get a written Good Faith Estimate before you pay anything.
After this visit, choose membership or pay per visit.
Unused visits do not carry over. A second 30-minute visit in the same month is at the per-visit price. Renews monthly. Cancel anytime.

If you’d see me about once a month, membership costs less than paying per visit. Most women need that pace for the first few months while we adjust treatment. Once you’re stable, you can switch to paying per visit.
Labs are at cost either way. National cash menopause platforms commonly run $2,000 to $2,400 a year, and labs are often extra. Medications go to your own pharmacy at your pharmacy’s price (generic hormone therapy is often $23 to $40 a month) and are never marked up here.
No. This is a direct-pay practice, which is how visits stay long and prices stay honest. On request I provide an itemized receipt you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I cannot treat Medicare or Medicaid enrollees at this time. This includes Medicare Advantage plans, even when the card shows a private insurer's name.
Yes, if you are in Nevada. Visits are by video. Labs are drawn at national draw sites, and many rural towns have one. Prescriptions go to your local pharmacy or one that ships to you.
No. We decide together which labs make sense during your first visit. I order them at a draw site near you, and you see the cash price before you agree.
To your local pharmacy, or one that ships to you. You pay the pharmacy directly. I never sell or mark up medication.
No. Major medical organizations, including The Menopause Society and ACOG, recommend against routine compounded pellet therapy. I prescribe FDA-approved hormone therapy, which is better studied, lower cost, and adjustable.
Yes, and this is one of the most common ways women arrive here, often from an app where a different provider answers every time. Bring your current prescriptions and most recent labs to your intake. I review what you are on, keep what is working, adjust what is not, and make sure your refills bridge the transition so there is no gap.
No. I do not provide primary care, so there is nothing to leave. You keep your PCP for everything else, and with your permission I send them a note after visits so your care stays connected.
I am licensed to treat you while you are physically in Nevada. If you are traveling at visit time, we reschedule. Tell me about travel a week ahead and we will plan refills around it.
Individual clinical services often qualify. You will receive itemized receipts that separate clinical services for your plan administrator. Confirm details with your plan.
Pick a time on my booking page. After you book, you get intake forms and short screening questionnaires to fill out before your visit.
You must be in Nevada at the time of each visit. Please have your location and an emergency contact ready.
