This page covers the website only. Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and described in the Notice of Privacy Practices. You receive it in the patient portal before your first visit. To get a copy any time, email liz@lizkellernp.com.
Who we are
This website, lizkellernp.com, belongs to Liz Keller, FNP, a nurse practitioner telehealth practice for adults located in Nevada. Care is provided by Elizabeth "Liz" Keller, APRN, FNP-C, Nevada State Board of Nursing License No. 884203.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, and no advertising or tracking cookies. It does not ask you for health information.
Some information is collected automatically when you visit:
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These logs keep the site running and secure.
- Fonts. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
Booking and the patient portal
The booking buttons take you to Practice Better, the secure patient portal this practice uses for scheduling, forms, video visits, messages, and payments. Information you enter there is handled under Practice Better's privacy policy and this practice's Notice of Privacy Practices. Card numbers are held by the portal's payment processor, not by this practice.
Email, phone, and text
Regular email and text messages are not fully secure. Please do not send health details by email or text. Use the patient portal for anything about your health. If you email or call, we use your contact information only to reply to you.
How information is used and shared
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it for advertising.
- We share it only with services that run the practice (such as hosting and the patient portal), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.
Nevada residents
Nevada law gives you the right to ask that a website operator not sell certain personal information about you. This practice does not sell personal information. You can still send a request, or ask any question about this policy, at liz@lizkellernp.com.
Adults only
This practice cares for adults 18 and older. This website is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other sites, such as Practice Better, Nursys, or government websites, are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
